Grenfell Recreational Park is a summer activity center located on the west edge of Town and has something for everyone. The Park consists of 47 camping sites in a well treed area, a children's playground area, horseshoe pitch, ball diamonds, heated outdoor swimming pool, 9 hole golf course, craft room and arena facility.

Arena Facility

The arena facility is conveniently located within the Park boundaries and it's proximity to the Park elements draws various users to the facility in the summer ideal for ball tournaments, family/school reunions, weddings, cabarets, anniversaries and more!

Swimming

Grenfell has a large outdoor heated pool with a 9 ft deep end and a diving board. There is also a small paddling pool for toddlers adjacent to the large pool. The park offers Red Cross swimming lessons by trained instructors as well as daily fitness swim classes throughout the summer.

Ball Diamonds

There are two ball diamonds located at the park. The main diamond has covered dugouts, shale infield, fenced outfield and lights. Ideal for tournaments!

Playground Area

Located adjacent to the campground, the children's play area is easily supervised by parent's in the campground or using the swimming pool. The playground area consists of some free space for a pickup game of soccer, tag ,etc., a set of swings, teeter totters and a small children's play structure.

Golf

This challenging nine-hole sand green golf course has treed fairways, doglegs and a water features to test your skills. Bookings are accepted for tournaments, family events, business parties and fundraising tournaments.
Fees: $5/day Student; $10/day or $7/round Adult
$75/year Student; $100/year Adult; $150/year couples; $200/year family

Camping

The Park has 47 camping sites:

• 9 full hook-up sites
• 22 power sites
• 16 remaining sites have no service as of yet.

Charges (per site):

• Tenting - $17/day or $375/month (30 days)
• Electric - $20/day or $450/month (30 days)
• Full hookup - $25/day or $575/month (30 days)
